Traditional Thin-Crust. Neapolitan pizza is the original pizza and can be traced back over 2,000 years to Pompeii, Italy. Our Neapolitan pizzas are (12”) soft & foldable, with a smoky golden char blistered crust. All menu prices below are for our traditional 12” thin-crust pizzas.
N.Y. Style. Italian immigrants brought over their passion for pizza to New York, opening the first pizzeria in Little Italy in 1905. N.Y. style pizzas are larger (14”) and thicker than our thin-crust pizza, with a crisp & smoky wood-scented crust. Any pizza below may be ordered with 14” N.Y. Style crust, add 6.00
Gluten-Free. Our GF dough is made by-hand, in-house, separately from our traditional dough. All pizza toppings are gluten-free. Please note, this is not a gluten-free environment, and there is a risk of cross-contamination from the open kitchen & oven hearth. Any pizza below can be made with GF crust, add 4.00
